1. User Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your personal data and securing your device. Service use must comply with all local and international laws.

2. Compatibility Verification
You must verify your device supports eSIM before purchase. We are not liable for issues from incompatibility.

3. eSIM Portability or Transfer

• Before Scanning: You can install the eSIM on any compatible device.

• Scanning: The QR code can only be scanned once.

• After Scanning: The eSIM is locked to that device and can’t be transferred.

• Recommendation: Confirm compatibility and device choice before activation.

4. Refund & Return Policy

• No refund if your device is not compatible.

• Once the QR code is sent, the process is non-refundable.

• Refunds only apply to system errors on our side and must be requested within 2 days.

5. Fair Usage Policy – Unlimited Plans
Unlimited plans may be throttled after a daily usage limit to avoid network congestion. Monitor your usage to avoid slowdowns.

6. Service Availability
You must confirm your destination is supported before use.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Unauthorized use of any part of our service or content is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages from use or inability to use the service.
