At GLOBALIT MODE, we aim to provide a clear and satisfying experience. This policy outlines when refunds for eSIM purchases may be granted.


Refunds ARE allowed when:

  • A technical issue caused by our system is verified by our support team.

  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same product.


Refunds ARE NOT allowed when:

  • The device is not compatible.

  • The eSIM was purchased by mistake or you changed your mind.

  • The eSIM was scanned or activated.

  • There are network or coverage issues in the destination.

  • The eSIM was not used or the user did not travel.

  • The eSIM was accidentally deleted.


How to request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@esimglobalit.com within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Include your order number, reason, and evidence.

  3. Our team will review the request and may ask for additional info.

  4. If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
